Laura Coltofean-Arizancu

Laura Coltofean-Arizancu is a postdoctoral researcher based at the University of Barcelona (Spain) and a former museum curator at the Brukenthal National Museum in Sibiu (Romania, 2012-2018). Within the history of archaeology, she has especially focused on Hungary and Romania in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, researching topics such as interdisciplinarity, nationalism, female archaeologists, social and academic networks, archaeological knowledge production, transfer and exchange, archaeological photography, and the history of museums and archaeological collections.
